工作職責(zé):
1、全面客戶關(guān)系建立:依據(jù)海外營銷體系客戶管理政策,結(jié)合市場實(shí)際情況,通過多種渠道建立和維護(hù)客戶關(guān)系,最終實(shí)現(xiàn)全面客戶關(guān)系的建立、重點(diǎn)客戶關(guān)系的加強(qiáng)及客戶需求的滿足;
2、大項目推進(jìn):按照海外營銷體系大項目管理策略,主動識別大項目信息,推動大項目各環(huán)節(jié)的運(yùn)行,并及時協(xié)調(diào)資源滿足大項目需求,支撐海外營銷體系大項目落地;
3、意向信息收集與訂單轉(zhuǎn)化:根據(jù)海外營銷體系意向信息管理規(guī)定,疏通和拓展意向信息收集渠道,并及時跟蹤意向信息,促進(jìn)意向信息轉(zhuǎn)化為確定訂單,支撐銷售目標(biāo)的達(dá)成;

Job responsibilities
1. Establishment of comprehensive customer relationships: establish and maintain customer relationships through multiple channels according to the customer management policies and the actual situation of the market in a bid to ultimately achieve the establishment of comprehensive customer relationships, strengthen relationships with key customers, and meet customers’ needs;
2. Promotion of big projects: in accordance with the management strategy of big project of the International Business Sector, proactively identify the information of big projects, promote the operation at various steps of the big project, and timely coordinate resources to meet the needs of the big projects, and support the implementation of the big projects;
3. Collection of intended sales information and order conclusion: according to the management regulations of intended sales information, unblock and expand the collection channels of intended sales information, timely track the intended sales information, promote the intended sales information to transform into confirmed orders, and support the achievement of sales target.
任職要求
1、教育背景:結(jié)合學(xué)歷認(rèn)證等級等同于國內(nèi)本科及以上學(xué)歷,理工科類、語言類、市場營銷、國際經(jīng)濟(jì)與貿(mào)易、工商管理等專業(yè),有中國留學(xué)背景者優(yōu)先;
2、知識技能:掌握市場分析、客戶管理、產(chǎn)品推介等銷售技能,掌握中文者優(yōu)先;
3、工作經(jīng)驗:3年及以上汽車行業(yè)銷售工作經(jīng)驗,具有中資企業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗或成功的大項目操盤經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先;
4、素質(zhì)要求:強(qiáng)烈的銷售意愿與成就導(dǎo)向意識、良好的人際溝通能力、合作精神。
1.Education background: bachelor degree or above, majors in science and engineering, language, marketing, international economics and trade, business administration, etc.; preferably study background in China;
2.Knowledge and skills: master sales skills such as market analysis, customer management, project management and product introduction; mastering Chinese language is an advantage;
3.Work experience: 3+ years of sales experience in automotive industry; preferably work experience in Chinese-funded enterprises or successful operation experience in big projects
4.Quality requirements: strong sales willingness and achievement-oriented awareness, good interpersonal communication skill, and team spirit.
