職位目的Position Objective
代理商銷售管理經(jīng)理全權(quán)負(fù)責(zé)授權(quán)的中國(guó)大陸代理商和銷售代理進(jìn)行的新車和舊車以及備件的銷量和相關(guān)的軟件服務(wù)。該崗位將直接向公司總裁匯報(bào)、參與銷售部門管理團(tuán)隊(duì)并為團(tuán)隊(duì)增加價(jià)值，同時(shí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)并指導(dǎo)內(nèi)部銷售管理員工的業(yè)務(wù)。
The Dealer Sales Manager has full responsibility
for the sales volumes of new and used
coaches as well as spare parts and related
soft services through authorized dealers
and sales agents on mainland China. The
Dealer Sales Manager will be reporting
directly to the President as well as participate
and add value in the Sales department
management team while providing leadership
and direction to their internal sales
administration staff.
主要職責(zé)Responsibilities
1. 管理公司與其授權(quán)代理商和銷售代理之間的業(yè)務(wù)過(guò)程；
Manage the processes between XSBC and
its authorized dealers and sales agents.
2. 分析銷售偏差并實(shí)施糾正措施；
Analyze reasons for sales deviations
and implement corrective actions.
3. 管理公司各部門與代理商銷售部門之間的業(yè)務(wù)過(guò)程；
Manage the processes between the various
XSBC departments and the Dealer Sales
department.
4. 發(fā)展新的代理商和銷售代理。
Develop new dealers and sales agents.
要求Qualifications
1. 大學(xué)本科學(xué)歷、汽車專業(yè)；
Four-year college education of Automotive
Technology.
2. 十年客車/卡車銷售工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)、至少擔(dān)任五年以上管理崗位。具備汽車生產(chǎn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)及零銷網(wǎng)絡(luò)管理；
Ten years coach/truck sales working
experience with at least 5 years in a
management position. Automotive production
experience as well as retail network management
experience is welcome.
3. 熟悉客車/卡車技術(shù)。熟練使用Microsoft辦公應(yīng)用軟件。具備英語(yǔ)能力；
Be familiar with the technology of coaches/trucks.
High level of competency in Microsoft
office applications. English language
capability is welcome.
4. 能夠獨(dú)立工作并具團(tuán)隊(duì)精神，善于溝通，積極主動(dòng)，高度責(zé)任心，誠(chéng)實(shí)可靠和全局的理念。

要求Qualifications
1. Majored in Logistic management or
automobile application engineering. Bachelor's
degree or above;

2. Familiar with EXCEL,
ACCESS, POWERPOIT, OUTLOOK. Skilled in
English reading and writing;

3. Familiar with inventory

Responsibilities主要職責(zé)
1. Establish components and whole' bus
data model accord with the requirements
on assembly, product function, shape and
cost;
在CATIA系統(tǒng)中，負(fù)責(zé)建立符合裝配、產(chǎn)品功能、外形、成本等要求的零部件及整車數(shù)據(jù)模型。
2. Transform data model
to design paper;
負(fù)責(zé)將數(shù)據(jù)模型轉(zhuǎn)化成符合制圖標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的設(shè)計(jì)圖紙；
3. Inspect and receive
new product samples, give guidelines on
sample's checkup and installation to prototype
workshop operators;
負(fù)責(zé)檢查和驗(yàn)收新產(chǎn)品樣件，指導(dǎo)進(jìn)行樣件鑒定和試裝工作；
4. Follow up the quality
issues of the newly developed products
on production lines, coordinate and solve
the technical problems in process;

5. Assist member's of DCN

6. Participate the preparation
of BOM and update timely;
參與編制新開發(fā)產(chǎn)品的配套零件目錄（BOM）并給與及時(shí)更新；
7. Assist and provide technical
support to other departments;
協(xié)助并給與公司其它部門所需的技術(shù)支持，并具備強(qiáng)烈的產(chǎn)品技術(shù)保密意識(shí)。
8. Under the instruction of manager,
cooperate and carry out the requests for
technical related work from internal departments.
在產(chǎn)品開發(fā)經(jīng)理的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下，配合和履行公司要求的與產(chǎn)品技術(shù)相關(guān)的其他工作。
Qualifications要求
1. Four-year college or higher education,
automobile engineering preferred;
大學(xué)本科以上學(xué)歷，汽車工程專業(yè)為佳；
2. Experienced in bus products
and develop program; Experienced in whole
bus or components design. Good skill of
AutoCAD and Office applications, CATIA
preferred;
熟悉客車產(chǎn)品，了解開發(fā)程序，具有一定的整車或零部件設(shè)計(jì)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，能夠熟練操作AutoCAD繪圖軟件，Office辦公軟件等，掌握3D
繪圖軟件CATIA者為佳；
3. Familiar with
structure, performance and strength of
products; Good knowledge of Automobile,
machinery manufacturing and product making;
Familiar with relative legislation, standards,
procedures and method concerning buses
and coaches; High ability to design independently;

3. 精通客車原理及構(gòu)造，熟悉本公司產(chǎn)品的的結(jié)構(gòu)及裝配；
4. 具有基本英語(yǔ)交流能力及計(jì)算機(jī)水平，有較強(qiáng)的溝通能力。
